摘要:Src同源区2蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶-1(SHP-1)主要表达在造血源性细胞胞质中,是改变胞内磷酸化水平的关键因子。SHP-1在不同的细胞中可产生不尽相同的胞内信号,从而发挥各种功能。

Abstract:SHP-1 is the protein tyrosine phosphatase which is mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of hematopoieticderived cells, and it is the key factor to change the levels of intracellular phosphorylation. SHP-1 can generate different intracellular signals in different cells, and it can play various functions.
