2021-09-01摘要:急性视网膜坏死(acute retinal necrosis,ARN)是一种发病急骤、若不及时治疗预后很差的感染性葡萄膜炎疾病。目前,此病的诊断主要依赖于其临床症状,但有些不同病因所致的病例表现的并不典型,不利于及时正确的临床诊断的确立。多重实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(multiplex real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction)技术可以为急性视网膜坏死提供更为快速准确的病因学诊断,将有利于精准的临床诊疗。本文就该技术对急性视网膜坏死快速诊断的研究进展进行综述。
