2021-08-25摘要:急性心肌梗死即急性心肌缺血性坏死,是由于冠状动脉血供急剧减少或中断,使相应心肌因持久性缺血而发生局部坏死。发病机制通常是在冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的基础上继发血栓形成所致,其临床表现严重且持久,一般为数小时或数天的心绞痛,多伴有严重的心律失常、低血压或休克,是高死亡率的危急症。在临床实践过程中急性心肌梗死患者快速诊断标志物变得尤为重要。高敏肌钙蛋白T(high sensitivity cardiac troponin T,hs-cTnT)的高敏感性,可以更早发现心肌损伤。本研究结合近期发表的国内外相关研究,对急性心肌梗死的发生机制及诊疗作一综述。
