摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的

观察清肺排毒汤对普通型和重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床疗效。

方法

选取衡水市第三人民医院3例普通型和1例重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者，在国家卫健委新冠状病毒肺炎治疗方案的基础上，加用清肺排毒汤评价中西医结合治疗的临床效果，并对证型-用药分析和治愈后1年的生活状态进行评估。

结果

与治疗前相比，患者肺部病灶得到明显吸收，舌苔情况改善，体温未升高，未转成重症病例，患者的肝肾功能未见明显异常，出院1年后生活质量与之前相比评分升高。

结论

清肺排毒汤对普通型和重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者临床疗效明显，对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的预后也起到了良好作用。

Abstract: Objective

To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingfeipaidu Decoction on patients with common and severe new coronavirus pneumonia.

Methods

Four patients with general and severe new coronaviruses were selected from Hengshui third people's hospital. Based on the National Health Commission's new coronavirus pneumonia treatment plan， the clinical effect of Qingfei Paidu Decoction was added to evaluate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Syndrome type-medication analysis， TCM tongue picture analysis， and assessment and analysis of the prognosis of one-year life status were made.

Results

Compared with before treatment， the lung lesions of the patient were significantly absorbed， the tongue coating was improved， the body temperature did not rise， and no case was turned into a severe case. There was no obvious abnormality in function in the liver and kidney of the patient， and the prognosis of one-year quality of life analysis showed significant statistical difference compared with the previous one.

Conclusion

Qingfei Paidu Decoction has obvious clinical efficacy for patients with common and severe new coronavirus pneumonia. The application of Chinese medicine methods has also played a good role in the prognosis of patients with new coronavirus.
