摘要/Abstract

摘要：

近年来，加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAS）在我国外科学领域发展迅速，并取得了显著的临床疗效。腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术（laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy，LPD）作为目前普外科难度较高、解剖相对复杂的手术之一，也同样需要ERAS这种高质量的围手术期管理模式。随着ERAS理念在LPD围手术期中的应用不断深入，ERAS模式被证明是实用的、可行的。ERAS理念应用于LPD围手术期，减轻了手术对患者的创伤应激，显著降低了术后并发症发病率，加快了患者的术后恢复，缩短了住院时间。本文对ERAS理念在LPD围手术期中的应用进行系统综述，为临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract:

In recent years， enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） has developed rapidly in the field of surgery in China and achieved remarkable clinical effects. As one of the most complex operations in department of general surgery， laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy （LPD） requires a high-quality perioperative management model， such as ERAS. With the application of ERAS in the LPD perioperative period， it has proved to be practical and feasible. The application of ERAS can reduce the traumatic stress of patients， significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications， speed up the postoperative recovery of patients， and shorten the hospital stays. By reviewing the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years， this article systematically summarizes the application of ERAS in the LPD perioperative period， and provides reference for clinical treatment.
