摘要:

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是全球慢病导致死亡的重要病因。快速建立稳定表现COPD标志特征的动物模型是进一步探究COPD机制的基础。目前国内外仍未有公认规范的COPD大鼠建模方法,本研究参考近年来应用大鼠制备COPD模型的相关实验文献及综述文献,总结近年大鼠COPD模型常用造模方法,可主要分为单因素制备COPD大鼠模型方法及多因素联合造模方法,以期对规范建立COPD大鼠模型有所助益。

Abstract:

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is an important cause of death caused by chronic diseases worldwide. The rapid establishment of animal models with stable signs of COPD is the basis for further exploration of the disease mechanism of COPD. At present, there is still no recognized and standardized COPD rat modeling method at home and abroad. Referring to the relevant experimental literature and review literature on the application of rats to COPD preparation models in recent years, this paper summarizes the common modeling methods of rat models in recent years, which can be mainly divided into single factor COPD rat model preparation method and multi factor joint modeling method, in order to help standardize the establishment of COPD rat models.
