摘要/Abstract

摘要：

紧急宫颈环扎术（emergency cervical cerclage，ECC）是处理孕中期宫颈扩张和（或）胎膜膨出的一种有效治疗措施。妥善处理宫颈扩张、胎膜膨出，最大程度降低感染及早产的发生以及改善母儿预后一直是临床研究热点。本文通过探讨ECC术前感染及早产预测指标、术中胎膜膨出的处理、围术期抗生素及宫缩抑制剂的应用、术后临床结局等方面，对ECC的临床研究现状进行综述。

Abstract:

Emergency cervical cerclage is an effective treatment for cervical dilatation and fetal membrane bulge in the second trimester of pregnancy. Clinical research focuses on how to properly deal with cervical dilatation and fetal membrane bulge， and how to predict and prevent infection and preterm birth. This article mainly discusses the preoperative infection of emergency cervical cerclage， the predictors of preterm birh， the treatment of intraoperative fetal membrane bulging， the application of perioperative antibiotics， uterine contraction inhibitors and thepostoperative clinical outcome， and summarizes the clinical research status of emergency cervical cerclage from the above aspects.
