细胞焦亡是一种由Gasdermin(GSDMD)蛋白家族介导的程序性细胞死亡模式,其特征为细胞肿胀、疏松及炎性介质释放。研究发现,滋养细胞层焦亡与不良妊娠结局有密切联系,会使滋养层细胞侵袭功能下降,侵入母体蜕膜过浅,子宫螺旋动脉重塑障碍,诱发氧化应激反应,释放大量炎症因子,诱导免疫细胞聚集,产生炎性损伤,进而导致复发性流产、子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病、早产等不良妊娠结局。本文就细胞焦亡在不良妊娠结局中的研究进展进行综述。
