膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis, KOA)是一种常见的膝关节退行性疾病,西医多予以消炎止痛、手术等对症治疗;而中医因副作用小、安全性高等优势广泛应用于临床。虽然中医与西医理论体系不同,但凭借各自的治疗优势,对KOA患者的临床症状都有一定程度的改善。本文将中西医治疗KOA的常用临床手段进行总结归纳,为KOA的临床治疗提供一定的参考。
