中西医治疗膝关节骨性关节炎研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

膝关节骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis， KOA）是一种常见的膝关节退行性疾病，西医多予以消炎止痛、手术等对症治疗；而中医因副作用小、安全性高等优势广泛应用于临床。虽然中医与西医理论体系不同，但凭借各自的治疗优势，对KOA患者的临床症状都有一定程度的改善。本文将中西医治疗KOA的常用临床手段进行总结归纳，为KOA的临床治疗提供一定的参考。

Abstract:

Knee osteoarthritis （KOA） is a common knee degenerative disease. In Western medicine， anti-inflammatory pain relief， surgery and other symptomatic treatment are commonly used； Chinese medicine is widely used in clinic because of its advantages of low side effects and high safety. Although TCM and Western medicine have different theoretical systems， both improve the clinical symptoms of KOA patients to some extent by virtue of their respective therapeutic advantages. After the domestic and foreign literature has been reviewed， the commonly used clinical means of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of KOA are summarized， providing certain reference for the clinical treatment of KOA.
