淋巴结转移是恶性肿瘤扩散的重要途径,对患者的预后及治疗有重要影响。准确评估淋巴结的性质,对恶性肿瘤患者的诊疗具有重要的意义。B超、CT及MRI是评估淋巴结的主要方法,淋巴结的大小经常作为主要的诊断标准,但对于区分淋巴结的微转移、宏转移或者良性肿大淋巴结方面,传统的监测方法具有一定的限制。间质磁共振淋巴造影技术可提高MRI的分辨率、范围和背景对照,能够形成清晰的区域淋巴结三维立体及其内部形态特点的图像,为诊断恶性肿瘤淋巴结转移带来新的治疗希望。本文就间质磁共振淋巴造影在恶性肿瘤淋巴系统转移评价中的价值作系统综述。
