胸腔积液作为一种常见的临床表现,其病因复杂多样,传统检验方法已满足不了目前临床诊断的需求。二代测序(next-generation sequencing,NGS)技术是一项正在飞速发展的新兴技术,对比传统检验方法有诸多优势。本文对近年来二代测序技术在胸腔积液病因诊断中的应用进展以及胸腔积液作为样本的可行性方面作一综述。
