Abstract:Objective:To study the value of PICC nursing for treatment compliance and safety in cancer patients.Methods: In the study interval from July 2018 to June 2019, 60 patients were selected from the tumor patients admitted in our hospital. They were randomly divided into a conventional group and a research group.The average was 30 patients.The routine group were given standard nursing procedures, and the research group also received PICC care on the basis of standard nursing procedures, and the compliance and safety of the two groups of patients were analyzed.The safety of the patients was analyzed from the incidence of adverse reactions during the care. Results:The treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the incidence of adverse reactions during nursing was lower than that of the conventional group.The differences between the groups were significant and statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of PICC nursing with the standard nursing procedure for cancer patients can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, improve patient compliance, reduce the probability of adverse reactions during nursing, and have significant clinical nursing value.

摘要：目的 肿瘤患者行PICC护理对治疗依从性和安全性的价值研究。方法 以2018年7月至2019年6月为研究区间,在我院收治的肿瘤患者当中选取60例,将其随机分为常规组和研究组,平均每组30例患者。常规组采用标准护理流程,研究组在此基础上实施PICC护理,分析两组患者的治疗依从性和安全性,患者的安全性从护理期间不良反应的发生率进行分析。结果 研究组患者的治疗依从性高于常规组,护理期间不良反应的发生率低于常规组,组间比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 在肿瘤患者标准护理流程下配合PICC护理能够提升患者临床治疗效果,提升患者的依从性,降低护理期间不良反应发生的概率,临床护理价值显著。
