Objective: To analyze the nurses' understanding of "Internet plus nursing service" and to explore the influencing factors of "Internet plus nursing service" development. Methods: One hundred and fifty-eight nurses from 6 general hospitals in Shandong Province were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey, and their understanding of "Internet plus nursing service" and the influencing factors of "Internet plus nursing service" development were analyzed. Results: Nurses who had no knowledge of "Internet plus nursing service" policies accounted for 49.37%,and 72.15% nurses had heard of the door-to-door nursing service platform, and 45.57% were willing to provide on-site nursing services. Regarding the provision of "Internet plus nursing services", 58.23%nurses thought that the "Internet plus nursing services" should be provided by the medical institutions with certain qualifications, and 39.24% nurses thought that it should be provided by the Internet information technology platform. Nurses who believed that the services provided by "Internet plus nursing service" should be demonstrated by experts accounted for 75.95%.In terms of specific services, the items in the "Internet plus nursing service" included basic nursing, rehabilitation nursing, psychological nursing, stoma care, specimen collection, injections, health guidance, catheter nursing, maternal and child care, Chinese medicine nursing and so on. The development of "Internet plus nursing services" was facing many problems, including relevant laws and regulations and the supporting management system, personal safety, hospital attitude, nursing manpower, the legality of the nurse practice, and the acceptability of residents. Conclusion: About half of nurses do not know the "Internet plus nursing" policy, and nearly half of nurses have the intention to provide on-site nursing service. Most nurses think that "Internet plus nursing service" should be provided by a qualified medical institutions, and the services provided should be demonstrated by experts. The problems of the development of "Internet plus nursing services" include the relevant imperfect laws and regulations and the supporting management system, hospitals support, nurses resources, nurses safety and the acceptance of residents.

Objective:To analyze the application value of dermoscopy combined with reflective confocal microscope (RCM) in the diagnosis and differentiation of scalp psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis.Methods:25 cases of scalp psoriasis (SP) and 27 cases of scalp seborrheic dermatitis (SD) were included, and the characteristics of skin lesions under dermoscopy and RCM were analyzed, and the sensitivity and specificity of dermoscopy and RCM were analyzed. Results:Dermoscopic features with high diagnostic and differential diagnostic significance for SP included hairpin-like blood vessels, ring-shaped blood vessels, uniform distribution, and red background. RCM features included dermal papilla extension, dermal papillary dilatation, and Munro microabscess. Dermoscopic features with high diagnostic and differential diagnostic significance for SD included atypical blood vessels, focal distribution, unstructured areas, and yellow-red background. RCM features included horizontal expansion of capillaries and follicular horn thrombi. Conclusion: SP and SD have relatively specific characteristics of dermoscopy and RCM. Dermoscopy combined with RCM has high application value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the two.

Objective: To explore the reasons why MCDI performs better than conventional CDI in SAC. Methods: Four (M)CDI experiments were carried out, and through comparing the SAC and changes of conductivity to identify the specific ions migration path in MCDI. Results:SAC of MCDI was triple that of conventional CDI or MCDI-C; SAC of MCDI was about forty times higher than that of MCDI-I; MCDI took less time to fulfill adsorption and desorption than the other three experiments. Conclusion: Neutralization of coions behind IEMs is a key step to initiate adsorption of MCDI; ions migration from bulk solution to behind IEMs is the fundamental cause leading to the improved SAC of MCDI; the optimal SAC of MCDI should be triple that of conventional CDI.

Objective: To investigate the application of painless technique in ultrasound guided modified seldinger PICC tube implantation in children with tumor. Methods:100 cases of tumor children were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each. The two groups were compared in one puncture success rate, catheterization success rate, complication rate and family satisfaction. Results:The observation group had more preparatory work in the early stage, and the whole time was longer than that of the control group. However, There was no statistical difference in the success rate of one-time puncture between the two groups ( P>0.05),the success rate and the cooperation degree of the children were higher than those of the control group. The incidence of complications in catheterization was not statistically significant. Conclusion:The application of painless technique in ultrasonically guided PICC tube implantation in children with tumors can improve the success rate of catheter implantation and the satisfaction of the children's families, and reduce the occurrence of complications. It has a good clinical application value and is worth promoting.
