Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of transcutaneous iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods: The control group was treated with infrared external treatment combined with Guizhi Fuling pill, and the observation group was treated with iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine and Guizhi Fuling pill. Results:After the treatment of the two groups, the total effective rate of the control group was 65.7%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.9%, the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the uterine volume and the level of the myoma volume of the two groups (P>0.05), and after the treatment, the uterine volume and the myoma volume of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of hysteromyoma, the therapeutic effect of iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine is ideal, which can be further studied and applied in clinic.

摘要：目的 观察子宫肌瘤患者通过经皮中药离子导入技术治疗的临床疗效。方法 对照组运用红外线外治法联合服用药物桂枝茯苓丸进行治疗,治疗组应用经皮中药离子导入治疗联合使用药物桂枝茯苓丸进行治疗。结果 经两组治疗后,对照组总治疗有效率为65.7%,治疗组总治疗有效率为82.9%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者的子宫体积、肌瘤体积水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组子宫体积、肌瘤体积显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论 目前在子宫肌瘤的临床治疗过程当中,经皮中药离子导入的治疗方法效果比较理想,临床上可进一步研究和推广应用。
