Received:2020-09-05Published:2021-09-01摘要：儿童慢性鼻窦炎是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病。经规范化药物治疗后症状仍不能缓解的患儿就需要进行手术干预治疗。手术选择包括:上颌窦穿刺术,鼻甲减容术,鼻外入路鼻窦手术,腺样体切除术,鼻窦球囊扩张术,功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术。现有文献支持腺样体切除术作为儿童慢性鼻窦炎的一线手术干预治疗。而FESS是一种安全且有效的治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的手术方式,可用于药物保守治疗无效且腺样体切除术失败的患儿。
