支气管肺泡灌洗吸入用盐酸氨溴索溶液治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的临床疗效

The observation of clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride solution for inhalation through bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children

摘要: 目的

探讨支气管肺泡灌洗吸入用盐酸氨溴索溶液治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的临床疗效。

方法

选取2020年9月—2021年12月betway必威登陆网址 第二附属医院儿科收治的100例大叶性肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。两组患儿均给予支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗,观察组在肺泡灌洗治疗同时联合肺泡灌洗吸入用盐酸氨溴素溶液。比较两组患儿临床症状缓解时间、肺部啰音持续时间及住院时间。

结果

观察组患儿发热持续时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺部啰音持续时间及住院天数均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率(92%)高于对照组(74%),差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。

结论

支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸入用盐酸氨溴索溶液治疗可有效改善大叶性肺炎患儿的临床症状,缩短住院时间,提高临床治疗效果。

Abstract: Objective

To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride solution for inhalation through bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children.

Methods

100 children with lobar pneumonia treated in pediatrics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from September 2020 to December 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with bronchoalveolar lavage. To observe and compare the relief time of clinical symptoms, the duration of pulmonary rales and the length of hospital stay between the two groups, and to evaluate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride solution for inhalation through lavage bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children.

Results

The duration of fever, cough relief time, pulmonary rales duration and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P< 0.05). The total effective rate was 74% in the control group and 92% in the observation group, which was higher than that in the control group (P< 0.05).

Conclusion

Ambroxol hydrochloride solution for inhalation through bronchoalveolar lavage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with lobar pneumonia, shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the clinical treatment effect.
