临沂地区男性骨密度流行病学调查

摘要: 目的

调查临沂地区男性骨密度的现状,探讨年龄、身高、体质量和体质量指数(body mass index, BMI)对骨密度的影响,为该地区男性骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的筛查、预防提供参考依据。

方法

选取2020年6月至2021年6月在临沂市人民医院健康管理中心进行体检的男性为研究对象,排除继发性OP后共4 502例纳入研究,采用双能X线骨密度仪测量桡骨远端骨密度。按年龄、身高、体质量和BMI分组,分析比较不同年龄、身高、体质量和不同BMI人群骨密度的变化关系。

结果

临沂地区体检男性OP患病率为24.03%,30岁以后随年龄增加OP患病率逐渐增加;男性骨密度先随年龄增长而增大,骨量峰值过后,男性骨密度随年龄增长逐渐下降;男性骨密度随身高、体质量、BMI的增加而逐渐增大;男性骨密度与身高、体质量和BMI均成正相关,与年龄呈负相关。

结论

骨质疏松可出现在男性任何年龄段,男性的骨质健康问题应该得到重视;通过骨密度的测量可尽早发现骨量异常,适当的增加体质量有利于预防OP。

Abstract: Objective

To investigate the current situation of male bone mineral density in Linyi, and to explore the effects of age, height, weight and body mass index on bone mineral density, so as to provide reference basis for the screening and prevention of male osteoporosis in the area.

Methods

BMD of the distal radius was detected using DXA in 4 502 men,who received physical examination in the Health Management Center of Linyi People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 and were included in the study. Grouped by age, height, weight and body mass index, the relationship between bone mineral density and different age, height, weight and body mass index was analyzed and compared.

Results

The prevalence of osteoporosis in physical examination men in Linyi area was 24.03%. After the age of 30, the incidence of osteoporosis gradually increases with age. After the peak bone mass,the bone density of men gradually decreased along with the increase of age. The bone mineral density of men increased gradually with the increase of height, weight and BMI. Male bone density was positively correlated with height, weight and body mass index, and negatively correlated with age.

Conclusion

Osteoporosis can occur in men at any age, and attention should be paid to men’s bone health. Abnormal bone mass can be detected as early as possible by measuring bone mineral density, and appropriate weight gain helps prevent osteoporosis.
