随着人口老龄化问题日益严重,二尖瓣环钙化(mitral annulus calcification,MAC)发病率逐年上升,MAC与动脉粥样硬化显著相关,进展到晚期可以并发不良心血管事件及瓣膜的关闭不全和狭窄,影响患者的远期预后。近些年关于MAC的研究逐渐深入,在揭示其危险因素及不良预后等方面取得了一定进展,现对该病的研究进展进行综述。
