血管平滑肌细胞是构成血管壁的主要细胞类型之一,其功能变化是血管结构重塑、内膜新生等血管疾病的病理基础和重要原因。研究发现,长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lnc RNA)在血管平滑肌细胞的功能调节过程中发挥着重要作用。本文主要针对参与血管平滑肌细胞功能调节的主要lncRNA进行全面综述,从细胞表型转化、增殖、迁移和细胞凋亡等方面,阐明lncRNA在血管平滑肌细胞的功能调节中所发挥的重要作用。
