Abstract:Objective: To understand the social health status and influencing factors of community-based elderly people in communities in Anhui Province, and to provide new ideas for promoting the development of community-based elderly care services and improving the health of elderly groups. Methods: Combined with the self-made questionnaire of the self-tested health assessment scale, the self-administered questionnaire of the social health sub-scale was used to conduct a face-to-face survey on randomly selected community-dwelling elderly persons aged 65 and over in Hefei and Fuyang, Anhui Province. Results: A total of 500 elderly people were effectively investigated. The overall social health score of the elderly living in communities in Anhui Province was (84.79±11.24), of which the score of "role activity and social adaptation" was the highest, (92.63±9.84), and the score of "social resources and social contact" was the lowest. It is (76.80±16.13) points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, marital status, source of income, and type of payment for medical expenses were related to the social health score of the elderly (P<0.05). The urban employees' medical insurance had a higher social health score. Conclusion: The social health of the elderly at home in communities in Anhui Province is good. The community should strengthen health education for the elderly, focusing on the elderly, the aged without a spouse and the widowed seniors, improve the economic independence of the elderly, and maintain a certain medical expenditure is beneficial to the social health of the elderly.

摘要：目的 了解安徽省社区居家老年人社会健康现状及影响因素,为促进社区居家养老服务发展、改善老年群体的健康水平提供新思路。方法 结合自测健康评定量表的社会健康子量表自制问卷,对随机抽取的安徽省合肥市、阜阳市65岁及以上的社区居家老年人进行面对面调查。结果 共计有效调查500名老年人。安徽省社区居家老年人的社会健康总体得分为(84.79±11.24)分,其中“角色活动与社会适应”的分数最高,为(92.63±9.84)分,“社会资源与社会接触”的分数最低,为(76.80±16.13)分。多重线性回归分析显示,年龄、婚姻状况、收入来源和医疗费用支付类型与老年人的社会健康得分有关(P<0.05),低龄、已婚、以“养老金”为收入来源和医保类型是“城镇职工医保”的老年人社会健康得分较高。结论 安徽省社区居家老年人社会健康水平良好。社区应加强对老年人的健康教育,重点关注高龄、无配偶或丧偶的老年人,提高老年人的经济独立性、保持一定的医疗支出有利于老年人的社会健康。
