重复性经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, rTMS)是一种无痛、无创的非侵入性脑刺激技术,它是由短暂的电流通过磁线圈产生的高强度磁场来刺激相关神经组织,刺激范围包括大脑皮层、脊神经根、颅脑神经和周围神经等。随着经颅磁刺激技术的不断发展,近年来其在治疗脑卒中后遗症、帕金森病、多发性硬化和癫痫等神经系统疾病中取得了较大的进展,本文就目前 rTMS对神经系统疾病的治疗进展作一综述。
