25羟维生素D与早产儿疾病的相关性研究进展

摘要:

25羟维生素D[25-hydroxyvitamin D,25‑(OH)D]是维生素D在人体中的重要储存方式,能反映人体维生素D的储存情况,维生素D主要与骨骼的发育有关。目前国内外研究均提示, 25‑(OH)D与多种早产儿疾病相关,如新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、早产儿代谢性骨病、支气管肺发育不良、新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎及新生儿败血症等,提示25‑(OH)D可以预测疾病的严重程度,早期监测,早期干预,早期诊治,可以有效降低疾病的发生及其不良结局。本文主要对近年来25‑(OH)D与早产儿疾病的相关性研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

25-hydroxyvitamin D is an important storage method of vitamin D in the human body, which can reflect the storage status of vitamin D in the human body. Vitamin D is mainly related to the development of bones. Current domestic and foreign studies suggest that 25-hydroxyvitamin D is also associated with a variety of premature infants diseases,such as neonatal respiratory distress syndrom,metabolic bone disease of prematurity, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis and neonatal sepsis, indicating that 25-hydroxyvitamin D can predict the severity of the disease. Early monitoring, early intervention, early diagnosis and treatment can effectively reduce the occurrence of the disease and the adverse reaction caused by the disease.This article mainly reviews the research progress on the correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and premature infant disease in recent years.
