摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的基于德尔菲法构建急性心肌梗死（acute myocardial infarction，AMI）患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（percutaneous coronary intervention，PCI）术后临床护理路径。方法通过文献回顾分析，应用行动研究法构建临床护理路径初稿；使用PDCA管理工具对路径进行持续改进；采用德尔菲法专家函询，对路径内容进行评价和修订，最终确定AMI患者PCI术后临床护理路径条目。结果专家权威程度均值为0.91，两轮专家意见的变异系数值分别为0.13、0.04，均P< 0.25；两轮函询的协调系数值分别为0.429、0.525，且P< 0.01。结论基于德尔菲法构建的AMI患者PCI术后临床护理路径具有可实施性，可实现护理服务质量的持续改进。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo construct a clinical nursing pathway for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI based on the Delphi method.MethodsThrough literature review and analysis， the first draft of clinical nursing pathway was constructed with action research method. PDCA management tools are used to continuously improve the path.Delphi method has been used to evaluate and revise the content of the pathway， and ultimately determine the clinical nursing pathway entries for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.ResultsThe average authority level of experts was 0.91， and the Cv values of the two rounds of expert opinions were 0.13 and 0.04 （P< 0.25）. The W values of the two rounds of inquiry are 0.429 and 0.525 respectively（P< 0.01）.ConclusionWith representativeness， enthusiasm and authority， correspondence experts have strong coordination and consistency of opinions. The research on the development process of clinical nursing paths is scientific and rigorous， and the pathway which has been constructed is implementable.
