目的利用生物信息学分析方法研究RCOR3基因在多形性胶质母细胞瘤中表达和预后情况。方法采集多组基因芯片数据库数据,包括UALCAN-OMICS、GEPIA、HPA、TIMER和STRING数据库中RCOR3基因与多形性胶质母细胞瘤基因芯片数据,进行表达和预后分析。结果GEO数据库中采集GSE13276数据集,共鉴定出300个差异表达基因,其中高表达172个,低表达128个,RCOR3基因在多形性胶质母细胞瘤中呈低表达。GO富集通路为染色质组装、白细胞介素-4和白细胞介素13信号通路等;KEGG富集通路为丝裂原活化蛋白激酶等。RCOR3基因与肿瘤免疫检查点基因MLH1、PVR、LAG3呈正相关,与CD40呈负相关。RCOR3基因启动子甲基化水平明显低于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P< 0.05),并与多形性胶质母细胞瘤分期、IDH突变、1p/19q 缺失、平均年龄和预后相关。结论RCOR3低表达与多形性胶质母细胞瘤形成具有相关性,患者总生存周期和无病生存周期明显缩短。
