胃癌是最常见的胃恶性肿瘤,且在我国的发病率越来越高。大部分患者确诊胃癌已处于晚期,治疗效果差,死亡率高。早期胃癌患者的治疗效果及预后优于晚期胃癌患者,早诊断、早治疗成为胃癌诊治的关键。目前,早期胃癌的诊断金标准是活组织检查,但此种方法属于侵入性检查,给患者带来较大痛苦,费用较高且容易漏诊,不适合作为筛查手段。检测血清标志物这种非侵入性检查方法,为早期胃癌的诊断提供了新的策略。本文就血清标志物在早期胃癌检测中的研究进展作一综述。
