子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)是妇科的常见病、多发病,严重影响女性的生殖健康和生活质量。EMS的病因及发病机制尚不明确。研究显示,EMS患者存在菌群失衡,菌群通过导致炎症,影响免疫、内分泌和代谢等机制,参与EMS的形成和发展。菌群平衡是维持局部屏障功能正常的关键因素,恢复菌群稳态有利于改善EMS患者的预后。本文就EMS与菌群失衡的相关性做此综述,以期为EMS患者的临床诊疗提供新思路。
